Polylactic acid (or PLA) is a bioplastic that has long been known as a lactic acid polymer: in recent decades, production has shifted towards greater sustainability, using renewable biomass. Our goal is to ensure that these raw materials are also derived from agro-food by-products, in order to improve even more the sustainability of this material.
